He noted that MCC5 is a leading state-owned construction enterprise with strong comprehensive capabilities, having participated in the construction of numerous landmark projects both in China and overseas. Song highlighted Kyrgyzstan’s strategic geographical locations and open business environment, expressing the hope that both sides would strengthen communication and coordination in areas such as transportation infrastructure, energy, and industrial development. Toromamatov Zhusubali expressed his appreciation for Song Dechun’s warm reception and introduced Kyrgyzstan’s infrastructure development plans. He stated that Kyrgyzstan, located in the heart of Central Asia, is currently promoting the construction of key projects in sectors including highways, railways, and water conservancy. There is a strong demand for investment and participation from capable Chinese enterprises.

He noted that MCC5 possesses strong technical expertise and extensive engineering experience, which aligns well with Kyrgyzstan’s development needs. He welcomed MCC5’s continued engagement with projects in Kyrgyzstan and encouraged exploration of diversified cooperation models to contribute to industrial development and deeper collaboration between Kyrgyzstan and China across multiple fields.
